With Gatherall, You Have Lamination Options

We can laminate either single or double-sided, with a flush cut or sealed edge. Lamination film is available in 1.7 mil (standard), 3 mil, 5 mil, and 10 mil thicknesses. Plus, you can choose from polypropylene (economy grade), polyester (standard), and nylon (mostly used for single-sided applications) film. Most of today’s short-run color documents are printed on toner-based digital presses or color copiers –our hi-tack (lower temperature) film is perfect for these projects.

We can laminate almost any page size, all the way up to 30” x 40” press sheets. For best results, we always recommend using at least a 70# bond text weight sheet or better, or any range of cover stock.

Perforating is a Small Detail, But in Print Finishing, Details Matter

Gatherall Bindery offers several different page perforation options. Micro perforation is where the cuts in the pages are closer together, allowing for a smooth tear. We also offer 1/32” perforations that are a little more spaced out, and â…›” perforation for a larger, more noticeable perforation. The benefits to perforating a product include making it easier to remove or tear out, easier folding ability, and versatile application.
